About the Role
We are looking for a OTC Specialist who will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer order processes and supporting high-quality customer operations.
This position is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in sales operations, customer service, logistics, or invoice/accounting operations
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Strong teamwork skills
Job Description
• Manage customer orders and order entry processes
• Send order confirmations to customers
• Monitor and manage order backlog processes
• Proactively track orders and shipments while keeping customers regularly informed
• Process non-conformance cases together with the Sales Department
• Coordinate invoice and accounting-related processes with internal stakeholders
• Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and EHS standards
