Objectives of the Position
- To support the design, coordination, and delivery of employee learning initiatives
- Contribute to creating engaging learning experiences
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of training programs, workshops, and learning events
- Support the creation and editing of e-learning materials for On-boarding Revamp Project.
- Manage training logistics including scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
- Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training records
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Interest in training, talent development, or organizational learning
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate, Adobe) is an advantage
Technical & Professional Knowledge
- A growth mindset with curiosity to learn and improve.
- Passion for develop creative solutions.
- Team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal English communication skills. (other language is added advantage)
