HR Specialist, Projects (6 months leasing contract)

Objectives of the Position
- Effectively manage special projects assigned in HR area in line with the project deliverables and manage all stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are communicated effectively
Responsibilities
1) Project Management
- Develop working relationships with the project owners and involved departments to ensure that project solutions are adopted, implemented and maintained appropriately.
- Provide HR support in project deliverables, identify challenges to be solved and contribute to providing resolutions by working closely with HR Business Partner and HR Center of excellence colleagues
- Monitor impact and outcome of implemented solutions with documentation of learnings.
- Assist in the systematic review, retrieval, evaluation, and secure destruction of HR document records in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Take on any other operational or strategic duties as assigned by Senior Manager, HR to support the broader HR team
2) Policy Consolidation & Revamping
- Review & Benchmark: Audit current HR policies against industry best practices and local labor laws to identify gaps and outdated clauses.
- Drafting & Formatting: Rewrite, streamline, and consolidate policy handbooks for clarity and legal compliance.
3) Continuous Improvement
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve HR excellence and customer satisfaction
- Process operational tasks along the HR Processes and identify areas for process improvement, automation, to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team as a whole
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an HR Specialist or in HR project management
- Exposure to project and change management initiatives
- Proven track record in driving and implementing people-related initiatives
- Experience in managing HR projects is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and current trends
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Good project management capabilities
- Understanding of how HR strategies align with business objectives
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
