About the Role

As Senior Digital Experience Engineer, you will play a key role in scaling and operationalizing Nexthink as a core Digital Experience Intelligence platform within BASF’s global digital workplace.

Your mission is to identify, shape, and implement highvalue use cases and quality improvements across the workplace ecosystem – translating data and insights into measurable improvements for end users, IT operations, and business outcomes.

Working closely with Product Owners, Workplace Engineering teams, and our Full Service Provider, you will act as both strategic enabler and handson expert for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Quality Management.

Key Responsibilities

Use Case Development & Product Collaboration

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize DEX use cases (e.g. performance, stability, adoption, compliance, automation)

  • Drive the adoption and value realization of Nexthink across the enterprise

  • Translate business and user needs into actionable Nexthink solutions

  • Contribute to the evolution of the Experience Management framework (e.g. XLAs, DEX KPIs)

  • Partner with Product Owners to integrate Nexthink use cases into product and service backlogs

  • Design and implement dashboards, campaigns, remote actions, and automations

  • Advise product teams on experiencebydesign using Nexthink insights

  • Support rollout, scaling, and operationalization of Nexthink capabilities across the organization

Technical Implementation & Automation

  • Develop and maintain scripts and automations (e.g. PowerShell, Nexthink Remote Actions)

  • Integrate Nexthink with the broader workplace ecosystem (e.g. Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, Chatbots)

  • Perform endtoend workplace analysis and drive sustainable improvements

  • Enable and coach teams on Nexthink best practices, usage models, and maturity development

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification

  • Or equivalent professional experience

Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience in Enterprise Workplace / Desktop Management

  • Solid understanding of modern Digital Workplace architectures

  • Handson experience in scripting and automation (e.g. PowerShell)

  • Proven expertise in Nexthink Infintiy Platform (dashboards, campaigns, remote actions, NQL) and Microsoft Intune (Windows and MacOS devices, policies, troubleshooting)

  • Ability to translate technical insights into businessrelevant recommendations

  • Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills

Strong advantage

  • Background in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) or Experience Management

  • Experience integrating analytics into incident, problem, or service processes

  • Exposure to large, complex, global enterprise environments

  • Agile mindset and experience working with productoriented teams
