Objectives of the Position
- Lead global project with high complexity and medium budget for transactional processes (e.g. project management office (PMO), resource steering, etc.)
- Support the implementation of Project NGBA for Asia Pacific from Pilot Phase to subsequent roll-out in Asia Pacific and any other project within GB scope
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
- Evaluate and prioritize activities and ensure the harmonization of global, regional and local projects with sites and regions
- Identification of strategic process requirements of all relevant stakeholders in BASF and structured handover to the responsible Process Owner
- Assure integrated planning and constant alignment with respective Operating and Central Divisions, Competence Centers, Service Centers and local Master Data Teams
- Focus on content - Responsible for change management and consulting on master data structure
- Coordination of data validation activities
- Lead the discussion to drive closures on the SC related activities prior to go live
- Prepare and conduct project status updates to relevant stakeholders and project steering committee
- Coordination of country-specific training materials (called Handbooks) as aids training and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience project management/change management experience, preferably in supply chain
- Able to work in North America, Asia and EMEA timezone due to global set up
