Reporting to the North America (NA) Global Technical Project Manager for Key Accounts, this regional supporting role provides an opportunity to make a significant difference to the success of an organization. In this role, you will be responsible to support Account Management in the management of the organization and Surventis OEM customers throughout North America. You will be required to support the management of the day-to-day sales management with emphasis on technical projects to deliver and maintain profitable organic growth for Surventis in North America. The role requires a moderate to advanced degree of technical, commercial, and business acumen necessitating working across multiple hierarchies both inside Surventis and with our OEM customers. We look for you to be a self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills with moderate long-term strategic thinking.

As a Technical Project Engineer, you will...

  • Be the Key Contact for Customer Material Engineering, Color & Design and Product Development teams in North America
  • Lead color development activities from design phase through implementation both internally and externally.
  • Lead technology approvals with customer to ensure cost targets and timelines are met.
  • Be accountable to identify key business risks, propose mitigation measures and opportunities to manage Surventis risk related to current and future opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize lab projects (R&D and customization) with technical organization.
  • Work closely with operations to prioritize and execute efficiency projects.
  • Direct internal teams to meet customer deadlines / inform the global organization of customer requirement/strategy and align support for projects.
  • Support paint shop launches and troubleshooting projects internally and externally.
  • Support regional and global Key Account Management teams.
  • Your ability to travel about 20% in this role with some global travel.
  • This role will support customers across NA with some global engagements.
