1. Third Party Manufacturers Management
- To control and improve quality of products which produce by Third Party Manufacturers to meet Beiersdorf standards, GMP requirement and relevant regulations.
- To ensure that the continuous improvement activity will be in considered for execution.
- To ensure quality management system and processes of the Third-Party Manufacturers meet Beiersdorf standards, GMP requirement and relevant regulations.
- To ensure that the new product (IIM) will be transfer and start up properly as per Beiersdorf standards.

2. Crisis, issues and complaint management – 3PMs
- To co-ordinate with those 3PMs to handle the crisis, issues and customer / consumer complaint with fast responsiveness and realistic answer which ensure that the problem will not recur in future.

3. Auditing –Packaging supplier, 3PMs, Internal Audit
- To co-ordinate with Beiersdorf auditor team for any regularly audit and/or other.

4. Others
- To involve in all issues concerning company policy and decision in his/her area of responsibility
- To take care for assigned improvement project – 3PMs

5. Main authorities
- Authorities to release audit report (Internal and Supplier and 3PM audits)
- Authority to release/ pass, bulk and finished goods also including new product (FFPR) for cosmetic from 3PM according to BDF standard and customer requirement.
- Authority to quarantine or reject, bulk and finished good and also including FFPR (New product) for cosmetic Product, from 3PM according to BDF standard and customer requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related.
- At least 5 years experiences in QA/QC in cosmetics, drug or related industrial.
- Have knowledge in drug and cosmetic GMP and HAS
- Good command in English, computer, and statistics.
- Leadership skill, co-ordination skill, project management skill is preferred
- Have experience for Third Party Manufacturer management and aerosol production process will be advantage
