Your Tasks

Align ER Strategy with Business Goals

  • Understand business objectives, operational challenges, and workforce dynamics.
  • Develop employee relations strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify potential risks impacting operations and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Communicate strategies, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership and relevant stakeholders.


Drive a Positive, High-Performance Culture

  • Serve as a culture ambassador, embedding organizational values and behaviors into daily practices.
  • Provide leadership with insights from employee relations cases to drive continuous culture improvement.
  • Communicate effectively to reinforce organizational values, expectations, and behaviors.

Proactive Risk Management & Policy Strategy

  • Anticipate employee relations risks based on workforce trends and business priorities.
  • Provide leadership with strategic guidance and actionable insights to prevent potential issues.
  • Review, update, and align policies to ensure legal compliance and support business objectives.


Employee Relations Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
  • Lead disciplinary and termination processes with fairness, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Coach business leaders on handling employee issues effectively, fairly, and consistently.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on best practices in employee relations.
  • Represent the organization in employee welfare committee and collective bargaining negotiations and maintain effective communication to support organizational goals and foster positive labor-management relations.

Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on organizational changes.
  • Oversee the employee relations implications of change, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruption.

Labor Compliance & Audits

  • Lead all labor-related audits in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and readiness for internal and external reviews.


Additional Duties

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support strategic HR initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations or HR management
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly within Thailand
  • Strong communication and negotiation and skills
  • Strategic mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, and manage potential conflicts of interest
  • Good command in English and Thai
