-Strong understanding of the personal care and skincare landscape
-Ability to translate consumer insights, Nielsen data, and household panel inputs into portfolio and activation strategies

Creative Thinking & GTM Execution:
-Proven ability to develop and execute impactful in-market communication and media plans
-Experience partnering with creative and media agencies to deliver consumer-first, breakthrough campaigns
-Strong understanding of digital and shopper marketing levers
Business Ownership:
-Sharp understanding of sales fundamentals & KPIs, monthly performance tracking, forecasting, and competitiveness
-Ability to work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Shopper teams to drive execution excellence
-Experience in building commercial plans, managing pricing discussions, and influencing internal stakeholders
In-Store Activation & Promotions:
-Hands-on experience with in-store branding, promotions, activations, and retail merchandising execution
-Ability to evaluate ROI and continuously optimize shopper-conversion initiatives
Data Fluency & Analytical Rigor:
-Strong working knowledge of Nielsen, Household Panel, Kantar, and other syndicated datasets
-Ability to analyze performance, identify growth drivers, and create structured action plans
Collaboration & Leadership:
-Ability to lead projects end-to-end and influence cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Media, and Agencies
-Structured communicator with strong project management skills and an ownership mindset
Qualifications:
o Master Degree or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related fields.
o Overall experience of 5-8 yrs with rich experience in Sales and Marketing (Product / Brand Manager) in FMCG Companies.
o Strong analytical, project management, strategic thinking skills.
o Active, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, creative, and good interpersonal skill
o Very good command in English both spoken and written
