Your Tasks Working closely in a multifunctional Sales Team and with different stakeholders, such as SCM & Marketing, Controlling and Supply Chain Building and maintaining relationships with decision makers customers independently Formulating and implementing the national customer strategy as well as concrete initiatives to develop customers Realizing revenue, market share and profitability targets, with focus on maximizing sales Listing business drivers, distribution, handouts, and secondary placement Executing national and customer-specific marketing activities on- and offline Preparing and executing customer meetings and annual meetings together with their Customer Director Handling strategic sales topics in project teams
Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Management or a similar field Excellent command of English – must have Czech/Slovak language skills – mandatory Strong negotiation capabilities with the ability to perform under pressure Strategic and analytical mindset, combined with strong conceptual thinking Confident communication, assertiveness and a professional presence Team-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Experience with Kantar tools or AI applications is an advantage Category B driving license
