Your Tasks

  • Working closely in a multifunctional Sales Team and with different stakeholders, such as SCM & Marketing, Controlling and Supply Chain
  • Building and maintaining relationships with decision makers customers independently
  • Formulating and implementing the national customer strategy as well as concrete initiatives to develop customers
  • Realizing revenue, market share and profitability targets, with focus on maximizing sales
  • Listing business drivers, distribution, handouts, and secondary placement
  • Executing national and customer-specific marketing activities on- and offline
  • Preparing and executing customer meetings and annual meetings together with their Customer Director
  • Handling strategic sales topics in project teams

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Management or a similar field
  • Excellent command of English – must have
  • Czech/Slovak language skills – mandatory
  • Strong negotiation capabilities with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, combined with strong conceptual thinking
  • Confident communication, assertiveness and a professional presence
  • Team-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with Kantar tools or AI applications is an advantage
  • Category B driving license
