Building strong relationships with Health Care Professionals (dermatologists, pharmacy staff, cosmetologists, dermoconsultants) through quality visits and training to meet sales targets (NS and sell-out, market share) and company marketing plans
Building brand distribution, and being responsible for increasing pharmacy resale through appropriate brand visibility, activations and pharmacist education
Managing the customer base (doctors and pharmacies) located in the assigned territory
Promoting dermocosmetic products in the medical community
Managing entrusted samples and products (with record keeping and full documentation of handover to customers, in accordance with procedures)
Preparing reports and statements, reporting of sales, visits and business contacts (CRM)
Collaborating and openly sharing experiences with other team members and the organization.
Your Profile
Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Knowledge and understanding of dermocosmetics and medical devices, active ingredients and mode of action, and how they provide value to physicians and patients.
Understanding of main competitors and market landscape.
