You will be part of the BSS Global Finance Services team with focus on managing global projects and contracts in the Accounting area.
Your daily tasks will include:
Project Management:
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take ownership for implementation of new standards or tools within your dedicated project. Define a roadmap to target with milestones and KPI’s to measure the achievements. Align process standardization needs with relevant business functions within the project. Take the “driver’s seat” for your project, you are responsible for the results, and everything is possible. Provide trainings, user support and documentation. Promote the project and communicate with stakeholders on different levels. Be a team player, take shared decisions within the team and stand behind those decisions. Take calculated risks and focus on the big picture .Show passion and ambition, an entrepreneurial spirit and an agile mindset.
Contract Management:
- Define and collect scope and requirements. Liaise with procurement for contract negotiation with vendors and ensure follow-up.
- Monitor contract performance and enforce terms and conditions. Handle contract amendments, renewals, and terminations. Resolve disputes and manage claims related to contracts. Approve invoices and manage payment schedules according to contract terms. Maintain accurate records of contractual agreements.
