Your responsibilities:

• Support our HR Business Partner in day-to-day activities
• Assist in advising employees and managers on HR-related topics
• Prepare and consolidate key HR data into reports to support HR and management decisions
• Create presentations for various HR initiatives
• Take ownership of managing our Working Student Community
• Contribute to exciting HR projects and bring in your own ideas

• You are enrolled as a student (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
• You are passionate about HR topics and eager to gain hands-on experience
• You have strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• You enjoy creating presentations and contributing new ideas
• You have some initial experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP)
• You speak German and English fluently
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
• Team spirit and strong communication skills complete your profile
