Your Tasks

  • Manage demand planning processes, including Consensus and S&OP , for standard products, promotions, and new launches.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts across the full horizon, making short-term adjustments using planning tools and customer insights.
  • Ensure planning systems, master data, and product profiles are up to date; handle phase-in/phase-out activities.
  • Review unconstrained demand with Centers of Excellence to identify capacity limits and develop action plans.
  • Correct forecast outliers monthly and collaborate with demand analysts for accuracy improvements.
  • Integrate new product forecasts using historical data and analytics; update plans pre- and post-launch.
  • Incorporate promotional plans (VAS) into forecasts and support execution of S&OP meetings.
  • Drive stock clearance for excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory in collaboration with local teams.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service for transparent information flow.

Your Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning within FMCG companies , preferably multinational organizations with structured processes (Consensus, S&OP).
  • Proficiency in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Consensus processes , including forecast enrichment and alignment across functions.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills , with experience using planning tools and statistical/manual forecasting methods.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and planning concepts , including phase-in/phase-out, new product planning (NIP), and handling promotions (VAS).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain (SCM), Finance, and Customer Service for transparent information exchange.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data management skills , including maintaining planning systems, master data, and product profiles.
