Manage demand planning processes, including Consensus and S&OP , for standard products, promotions, and new launches.
Maintain accurate forecasts across the full horizon, making short-term adjustments using planning tools and customer insights.
Ensure planning systems, master data, and product profiles are up to date; handle phase-in/phase-out activities.
Review unconstrained demand with Centers of Excellence to identify capacity limits and develop action plans.
Correct forecast outliers monthly and collaborate with demand analysts for accuracy improvements.
Integrate new product forecasts using historical data and analytics; update plans pre- and post-launch.
Incorporate promotional plans (VAS) into forecasts and support execution of S&OP meetings.
Drive stock clearance for excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory in collaboration with local teams.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service for transparent information flow.
