Your Tasks

• Lead the Sales Controlling team across Andean countries, ensuring alignment, performance, and development of local controllers.
• Implementation of improvements to budgeting and control processes
• Develop a team of business partners to Sales and S&CM team and Management Team
• Development of recommendations for the optimal distribution and use of budget funds
• Co-lead together with sales process of monthly business planning of sales and trade budgets
• Planning, budgeting and control of the effectiveness of trade conditions and trade marketing investments;
• Assessment of the economic feasibility of projects, preparation of commercial models and financial development forecasts;
• Analysis of the profitability of the trade channels, identification of opportunities for margin growth;
• Providing financial support to sales and trade marketing teams to actively identify areas of potential growth/reduction, risks/opportunities;
• Approval of promotional applications, calculation of ROI for current and new activities, justification of decisions on the launch/rejection of projects.
• Communication with the headquarters;
• Participation in the formation of the annual G2N budget as part of the integrated business planning
• Control of budget execution, analysis of deviations, adjustment of plans.
• Monthly, weekly monitoring of planned and actual budget indicators.
• Analysis of financial results by customers, categories and brands.
• Lead sales compliance agenda, perform internal audit activities, support external audit procedures.
• Preparation of reports and presentations for management.

Your Profile

  • Higher education (in the field of economics/finance)
  • Management Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP), and BI tools (Power BI).
  • Multi-Country Team Management: Ability to lead and develop teams across different geographies.
  • Financial and Commercial Control: Strong knowledge of sales control processes
  • Proficiency in English
