Manage all key customers in their channel to implement align with channel strategy.

Cooperation among other functional team (e.g. Trade Marketing, Marketing, S&OE to drive sales growth and gain in market share.
Develop and negotiate for Trade Agreement as well as responsible for budgetary control in their channel.
Ensure and monitor the in store execution speed to market on promotion/ activities, POSM, All visibilities, new listing at point of sales align to marketing plan, account plan and timeline.
Responsible for total channel sales forecast base on sales target KPI
Coordinate with Trade Marketing team to forecast quantity of POSM, NPD sample, NPD pipeline, promotion quota of total channel.
Monitor and analysis business situation in their channel with recommendation to keep competitive advantage all time.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master degree of any field
2 - 3 years experiences in modern trade sales
Having experiences in FMCG business would be preferable
Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
Maintains a positive attitude despite rejection, challenges, or setbacks.
Perseveres through difficult negotiations, ensuring long-term success.
Understands the financial impact of sales decisions on business profitability and growth.
Computer literacy excel in Pivot, V loop Up and MS Office
Have driving license
