After Eucerin relaunch in the Polish market in 2022, we laid solid market positioning ground and we are now entering the next level of business development with strong focus on the sales and distribution to fully deploy the brand potential, building successful and sustainable Eucerin business in Poland.
- Manage the Polish Derma P&L according to the aligned business strategy, targets and KPIs and steer the investments in market to drive long term growth and profitability
- Develop, implement and control the annual marketing, sales and detailing drive plans based on the international guidelines and regional strategy in order to meet the agreed objectives for the Polish market
- Lead, empower and further develop team members, ensuring high motivation, agility and diversity
- Manage the local pharmacy brand portfolio to win against competition and ensure brand positionings according to the global/regional strategy; develop and execute superior launch and promotion activations to meet the set objectives in market shares, net sales, margins and profitability
- Strengthen the local network in the market, focusing on the extraordinary meaning of recommender- and KOL-management for the derma business; ensure high performing, actively collaborating sales and medical management organizations in order to gain strong recommendations from both, Pharmacists/PAs and Derms
- Steer the commercial and sales strategy for all customers to ensure sales and distribution goals; ensure a strong development of the relevant sales channels and customer portfolio in both, offline and online sales
- Be member of the Polish Management Team and Eastern Europe Derma BU Head Teams to align close cooperation on local and international level
