Your Tasks

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  3. Chance to develop strategical thinking (channel strategy, portfolio planning, GTM strategy etc).
  4. Cross-functional collaboration (MKT/Sales/SC/FIN) to build strong business acumen.

The purposes of this position are:

  1. Mainly support Eucerin (Derma brand) and Nivea Men category.
  2. Design promotion guideline and channel strategy for online (mainly Tmall/JD/Tiktok/KOL).
  3. Competitor study (Campaign/Mechanism/GMV etc) to ensure brand’s competitiveness in the market.
  4. NPD Go-To-Market strategy includes assortment & promo plan.
  5. Support sales bottom-up plan via different forecast cycle (e.g. ABP/LE etc).
  6. Provide a monthly demand forecast to supply chain and ensure +/- 10% forecast accuracy.
  7. Inventory health level monitor & mitigation plan if risk foreseen.
  8. Budget control particularly mini/FOC/GWP etc.

Your Profile

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce TMKT position.
  3. Demonstrated ability to deliver sales result as a bridge between MKT and Sales through a team.
  4. Strong financial, quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to develop sales strategy and financial management.
  5. Working English is a must.
