Your Tasks
- Determine strategy involving Overall Asset Efficiency evaluation through appropriate procedures and methods with existing assets and machines
- Determine procedure and work plan to increase efficiency of digitalization utilization i.e. work system analysis to reduce gaps and improve work efficiency by implementing IT in the work system
- Determine strategy involving working processes or projects improvement to increase operations efficiency including safety and quality towards continuous improvement
- Work plan on manpower management to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
- Knowledge and understanding about procedures and methods in designing and implementing processes in production process operation to operate properly, can advise or design production process and work with peers to implement projects
- Develop, improve, and execute project management process effectively
- Follow with company GMP, Safety regulation and support 5S program
- Coordinate with other functions for process improvement with policy, regulation and quality guideline
- Other assignments from supervisor
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in FMCG industry will be an advantage
- Energetic and self-motivated, target-focused, with good interpersonal skills and high commitment
- Good command of spoken and written Thai and English
- Able to work under pressure
