The role supports the Financial Controlling Manager in Italy in the following activities:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics
• Help maintain and improve internal financial controls
• Assist with cost analysis, profitability studies, and financial modeling
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses for management

Education & Background

• University student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Good command of English
• Additional languages are a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
• Ability to work with large datasets and financial models
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Curiosity and willingness to learn complex financial processes
