We are looking for an organizationally skilled and exceptionally reliable Professional to join our NIVEA Marketing Department, supporting local Brand Managers with recurring operational tasks related to product launches/relaunches.

The hire will assume the following activities:
- Orchestration of product local roll-out in the country
- Masterdata management for new launches/relaunches
- Product artwork localization, from initial adaptation to final approval and implementation
- Local packshot creation
- Website product pages localization and maintenance
- Purchase Orders opening
- Marketing Director agenda coordination incl. travel management

The role expects frequent interactions with local Brand Managers, International Marketing Department and Legal, as well as with external agencies (artwork agency, packshot agency, etc)

Your Profile

- Strong organizational skills, high reliability and attention to details
- Good collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and goal oriented
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Italian Mother Tongue, Fluency in English
- Previous experience in a FMCG is considered a plus
