- Client Management & Development: Build loyalty within the existing client portfolio (account management) and acquire new clients (prospecting).
- Sales Activities: Lead commercial negotiations, present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales.
- Consulting & Analysis: Identify client needs to propose tailored solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Achieve company-defined sales targets (KPIs).
- Relationship Management & Networking: Maintain long-term client relationships and, when required, manage post‑sales activities.
The position will be located in Puglia.
