Your Tasks

As a Working Student in our Global Rewards & Performance team, you will gain hands‑on insights into the global compensation and performance processes in an international context. You will support us in ensuring smooth global cycles, strong data quality, and a positive experience for our leaders and employees.

Your main tasks include:

  • Supporting the preparation and execution of global compensation and performance cycles (salary review, bonus processes)
  • Working with highly sensitive compensation and employee data in line with internal compliance requirements and upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive standards
  • Preparing and maintaining Excel templates, reports, and analyses for global stakeholders
  • Conducting data checks, validations, and quality controls to ensure consistent, accurate results
  • Supporting the creation of presentations, summaries, and reports for senior leadership
  • Assisting with global HR systems and tools and contributing to process improvements
  • Supporting documentation, harmonization, and continuous development of Global Rewards processes
  • Collaborating with HRBPs, People Services, and regional rewards teams around the world
  • Conducting ad‑hoc analyses and participating in projects within the Global Rewards & Performance space

Your Profile

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in one of the following fields (or similar): Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, Business Psychology, Data/Business Analytics or Business Informatics
  • Strong analytical mindset and high affinity for numbers
  • Very good MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, Power BI is a plus)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and absolute reliability when handling confidential and sensitive HR data
  • Awareness of or interest in EU pay transparency requirements and compliance‑related topics
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive working style
  • Ability to work accurately under time pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in international HR, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.270 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.
