- Identify risks and opportunities, and propose actionable solutions.
Promotion Plan & Execution (15%)
- Build, implement, and manage retail marketing programs / promotion plans.
- Conduct timely program performance reviews to generate insights and drive actions from key stakeholders.
Store Management (15%)
- Manage stores to ensure correct implementation of retail programs and sales growth.
- Develop Pack / POSM materials to support consumer communication and product pickup.
Sales Analysis (15%)
- Analyze offtake by channel, integrate retail trends and external market data to strengthen category strategy.
- Improve sales forecast accuracy through enhanced analysis.
Stakeholder Management (15%)
