- Support marketing, digital, shopper and trade marketing areas;
- Support market and business analysis and new product launches;
- Close collaboration with sales team to ensure alignment of marketing, shopper and trade initiatives with pharmacy, ecommerce and modern trade activation plans;
- Support cross-functional communication with medical and regulatory affairs, training, demand planning and procurement departments;
- Support PO issuing and invoice approval processes;
- Admnistrative and analytical support to the department.
Hard Skills:
- Degree in Business Admnistration, Economics or related field;
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze market data and performance metrics;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Power BI knowledge (as a plus).
- Proactive and results-driven;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Team player with a collaborative mindset;
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
