The objective of the position is to develop the business and categories within the assigned customers to achieve profitable growth targets in the shortest possible time, while effectively managing day-to-day operations. The role is responsible for designing and executing the Joint Business Plan to ensure delivery of key channel KPIs, in full compliance with the company’s internal processes.
- Gestionar clientes Tipo B con responsabilidad sobre ventas e inversión Trade, asegurando cumplimiento de acuerdos comerciales.
- Cumplir KPIs de demanda y ejecución: Sell In, Sell Out, DN, DDI, OOS, SKUs infaltables y ejecución en PDV.
- Negociar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a la inversión en cliente garantizando ROI y control financiero (DSO, cartera, notas crédito, devoluciones).
- Liderar reuniones periódicas con fuerzas de venta del cliente (entrenamientos, actividades comerciales, innovación y despliegue en punto de venta).
- Alinear planes con equipos multifuncionales (Ventas, Supply, Finanzas, BI, Marketing) y comunicar inputs clave para S&OP.
- Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, comercial o afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas y al menos 1 año en consumo masivo.
- Experiencia manejando cuentas, inversión Trade y ejecución en punto de venta.
- Fuerte capacidad de negociación, análisis numérico y enfoque en resultados.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel / Office intermedio.
