This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key account support and data analytics, and become part of a team that drives real business results.

Your Tasks

  • Support our Key Account Managers (KAMs) with analytical and administrative tasks
  • Work on data-driven projects including forecasts, profitability, assortment, and promo planning
  • Help execute joint business activities with major customers (e.g. promotions, listings)
  • Analyze market and competitor data, as well as internal performance insights
  • Use internal systems and tools like TPM, Kantar KAP, TRAX, OPEX
  • Collaborate across departments - Customer Service, Finance, Marketing
  • Support ROI & Revenue Growth topics alongside the KAM
  • Act as an "implant" (embedded analyst role) for a strategic retail client
  • Share insights with the field team and relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

  • University degree (min. Bachelor's) – ideally in Economics or Business
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or retail (Sales, Customer Service, Data)
  • Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, functions); confident in PowerPoint and Word
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is a plus
  • English: intermediate level, written and spoken; Czech: fluent
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing
  • Communicative and assertive personality
  • Fast learner with a proactive, process-oriented approach
  • Driver’s license (B)
  • Based in Prague or nearby
