Your Tasks

  • Lead the planning and forecasting process of the Marketing (A&P) budget for 3 MUs in LATAM, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Regional, Global, and local Finance and Marketing teams.
  • Define guidelines, standardize processes, and ensure financial discipline across Marketing teams in the different MUs.
  • Consolidate regional information, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities with LATAM‑wide impact
  • Act as the primary financial counterpart for the Heads of Marketing in each MU, influencing key investment, portfolio, pricing, and promotional decisions.
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing plans, campaigns, and launches by integrating financial KPIs and brand performance indicators.

Develop regional business cases and scenario analyses that support strategic decision making (investment increases, reallocations, trade offs).

  • Analyze variances, initiative profitability, spending efficiency, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure proper execution of closing activities, accruals, POs, internal controls, and audit ready processes across the 3 MUs.
  • Guarantee an accurate year end landing aligned with regional and global targets.

Your Profile

  • University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance or controlling managerial role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills across different hierarchies and functions
  • Proactive and collaborative working style, able to influence and steer cross-functional teams
  • Good commercial business sense and understanding
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
