Principal Activities
- Fast resolution of problems
- Attend and accomplished of internal and external audits
- Coordinate and give support to the credit and collection team of Mexico
- KPI’s monitoring
- Reporting
- Support the team with the main issues to external customer related
- Management of portafolio (value aprox. 250Mios)
- Monitoring of the portfolio clarifications and reports with the customer commercial area, sales admin and warehouse
- Application of payments, follow-up of claims with customers, analysis of complemento de pago, forecast of collection
- Business review with sales team and direct interaction with team leaders
Job Requirements
- Team management experience (to lead 4-5 team members)
- Advanced Excel
- Focused on prioritizing
- High level of monitoring
- Oriented to detail and results
- Close to internal and external customers
- Work under pressure, schedule availability
- Experience in Credit and collection
- SAP Knowledge
- Advanced English
