In this role, you will join the Supply Planning Export team and you will be responsible for:

In this role, you will join the Supply Planning Export team and you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring optimal inventory levels in receiving locations and securing excellent product availability in line with agreed service targets
- Daily alert-based planning: identifying and addressing short- and medium-term supply risks, correcting master data issues and coordinating actions to protect service levels
- Maintaining and updating all master data settings related to materials sourced to your locations
- Supporting the planning of product launches and relaunches: ensuring high service while minimizing leftovers and managing phase-in/phase-out processes
- Preparing weekly service level comments and providing transparency on supply constraints, risks and priorities
- Identifying low stock situations and preparing solutions for the market to ensure the best on-shelf availability
- Calculating and maintaining optimal safety stock parameters based on statistical and manual methods
- Regular communication with Demand Planners, Network Inventory Planners and other Supply Chain departments
- Participating in international projects aimed at improving planning processes and optimizing stock levels
- Supporting continuous improvement and change management initiatives that enhance planning efficiency and service quality
- Completing OOS, stock coverage and risk stock reporting in a timely and accurate manner
- Higher education, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Production Engineering
- Experience in production planning, inventory management or a general supply chain environment (FMCG is a plus)
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret large amounts of data for quick and effective decision making
- Very good knowledge of Excel; experience with VBA, Power BI, Power Query or SAP BI will be an asset
- Knowledge of SAP / APO / OMP will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal partners
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude and willingness to challenge existing processes
- Ability to work with business partners in a multicultural environment
- Flexibility, positive mindset and strong change management capability
