JOB PURPOSE: The E-Commerce Intern will support the operations and execution of e-commerce initiatives across online platforms. This role assists in managing product content, conducting market research, coordinating with external partners and internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and budget reconciliation. By contributing to performance analysis and supporting cross-functional collaboration, the E-Commerce Intern helps enhance online visibility, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence in the e-commerce channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute A+ Content (visuals, descriptions, SEO) on e-commerce platforms
Conduct market research on trends, purchasing behavior & competitors
Coordinate with enablers (OnPoint, Tiki) for contracts & operations
Budget management, Review and validate data in reconciliation reports
Manage documentation for monthly operations
Prepare and analyze performance reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Handle ad-hoc admin and daily support tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

3rd or 4th-year students with a GPA of 3.0+/4.0
Fluent in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
Bold thinkers with sharp analytical skills and a knack for teamwork
Leadership experience (University clubs, teams, etc,) is a plus
