A Key Account Manager for NIVEA (f/m/d) will take over responsibility for customers in the Modern Trade in close cooperation with the Sales Manager. Together with the customer, they will work on optimally staging our products in retail for consumers and thus seizing growth potential for both Beiersdorf and the retail partner.
- Working closely in a multifunctional Sales Team and with different stakeholders, such as Shopper and Customer Marketing, Controlling, Marketing and Supply Chain;
- Build and maintaining relationships with decision-makers with high level of autonomy;
- Formulating and implementing the national customer strategy as well as concrete initiatives to develop customers;
- Realizing revenue, market share and profitability targets, with focus on maximizing sales;
- Listing business drivers, distribution, handouts, and secondary placement;
- Preparing and executing customer meetings and annual meetings together with their Customer Director;
- Handling strategic sales topics in project teams.
