Main Accountabilities

  • Integrate sales & marketing plan and operation of E-Commerce to drive high sales growth.
  • Initiate strategic plan across pureplay/B&M channel and co-work with customer to execute the plan.
  • Leverage market trends, consumer insights and business analytics to construct compelling selling story that convince customers to align with our strategic plans and achieve mutual growth targets.
  • Closely work with media agencies to develop e-media strategies and continuously optimize campaign performance to maximize ROAS..
  • Monitor sales forecast planning and sales expense/ marketing budget management.
  • Lead e-commerce negotiations and communication with vendors, while tracking sales, inventory, and margin performance to drive overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to formulate short-, mid-, and long-term e-commerce business development strategies and plans.
  • Ensure sustainable business growth by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on flawless execution of key campaigns and initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor & Above Degree, business major preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in sales function, Cosmetic/ Retail/ FMCG E-Commerce is a plus.
  • Experienced external communication,selling skills, and managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to work within fast growing environments and take action quickly.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Microsoft office especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Cross-functional communication skill.
  • Fluent in English.
