Do you want to gain hands-on experience in internal communications and play an active role in shaping our Shared Services environment? In this working student position, you will work closely with the Communications Manager for Shared Services Operations and support internal communication formats such as town halls and cultural events. From day one, you will take ownership of your own topics, contribute ideas, and help drive visible projects forward.
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations for townhalls, leadership meetings and team-wide updates
- Structure complex content into clear, easy-to-understand storylines with strong visual impact
- Support the preparation and coordination of internal events and cultural initiatives, e.g. our Country Fair
- Prepare content for internal communication channels and maintain relevant information on SharePoint
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and professional look and feel
- Take ownership of your tasks, bring in your own ideas and independently drive communication projects forward
