- Lead logistics strategy in conjunction with business needs as well as market innovations
- Drive cost efficiency through annual to long-term strategy development from designing supply networks both broad and in-land logistics operations across transportation, warehouse management, and 2ndary packaging.
Procurement ( 10% )
- Establish local strategic sourcing capability and system to be best cost efficient and standardized
- Build compliance maturity on contract procedures
- Lead SCM led value creation(saving) for short-to-long term
- Lead end to end procedure of supplier management - new supplier development, strive for continuous improvement via performance evaluation process with best quality control
Regulatory Affairs & Quality Management ( 10% )
- RA: Manage BDF product in compliance based on regulation and contribute to business growth providing best solutions under company credibility
- QA: Ensure best quality of product via QA process/system across supply chain(PC-DC-Shelf) with systematic strategy and improve Quality management to provide customer/consumer satisfaction
Customer Service & Value Added Services ( 10% )
- CS: Drive Customer oriented service procedure from internal to external(customers) to ensure product shelf availability. Establish seamless order management procedure to be preferred supplier by external ultimately
- VAS: Build capability on 2ndary packing operation with best quality at maximized cost efficiency to support the business requirement
People& Organization Capability & Risk Management (2 0% )
- Build people strategy and secure sufficient system to develop people and organization capability to lead high performing organization
- Lead company compliance across supply chain procedures for internal and external touchpoints with all relevant parties
