Your Tasks

  • Prepare regular sales and financial reports and analyses (P&L, margin, pricing, volumes),
  • Own and support pricing topics, including price simulations, list price reviews and price change impact analyses,
  • Act as a finance partner for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives (price, promo, mix),
  • Prepare and validate customer margin calculations (regular and promotional), including profitability and ROI assessments,
  • Monitor sales budget execution and identify deviations vs. plan,
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with financial insights and clear business recommendations,
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes,
  • Perform pre‑ and post‑promotion analyses and evaluate promotion effectiveness,
  • Improve and automate reporting and controlling processes,
  • Cooperate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and RGM teams,
  • Prepare ad‑hoc analyses supporting management decisions.

Your Profile

  • Completed Master's degree in Economics,
  • Min. 4 years of professional experience in the area of business or financial controlling,
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to think scenarios,
  • Openness to change, curiosity about business, proactivity in everyday work, willingness to learn,
  • Ability to have discussions, actively listen and persuade,
  • Very good knowledge of English,
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point, knowledge of SAP/BI systems welcome.
