Your Tasks

Artwork Localization & Coordination

    • Manage the end-to-end artwork localization process, from initial adaptation through final approval and implementation
    • Oversee the DTP process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution
    • Ensure linguistic precision and alignment of claims, wording, and messaging across all product categories
Content Consistency & Quality Control

  • Act as a guardian of consistency across brands, standardizing how claims and product information are presented
  • Review and validate artwork content to ensure no discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies
  • Drive harmonization across categories (e.g., consistent terminology and claim structure)

Master Data & Digital Asset Management

  • Own master data management for new launches and relaunches
  • Coordinate local packshot creation and validation
  • Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and aligned across systems

Your Profile

  • 1–4 years of experience in roles such as:
    • Artwork localization / packaging coordination
    • Marketing coordination / product coordination
    • Content, editorial, or copy review (e.g., journalism, proofreading, copywriting)
  • Exposure to marketing or product environments is preferred
  • Experience in CPG, pharma, skincare, or similar industries is preferred but not mandatory
  • Exceptional attention to detail (critical success factor)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • High level of written language accuracy and content sensitivity

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our category teams in the localization of product artworks and management of master data for launches and relaunches in Spain.

This is a coordination-focused role, critical to ensuring that all product-related materials are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time, supporting smooth product availability in the market.
