Functional Knowledge: Dermatology & Medical Cosmetics

- Multichannel medical strategy: implement the EE regional strategy and steer the local execution
- Responsible for team competences and professional expertise
- Medical marketing: adapt and drive detailing support and professional communication strategy and steer brand performance and perception
- Lead the implementation and organization of the local, and participate in the regional and global Derms events in cooperation with Regional Medical Manager
- Lead local Detailing Management, KOL Management
- Develop and execute annual local professional medical marketing plan with a clear strategy and measurable objectives
- Roll out tools for competence improvement of medical reps, define KPIs and critical success factors to measure detailing efficacy (double visits, field force intelligence – Matrix of competencies)
- Support and drive organizational set-up of the detailing team in countries with regional Medical Manager
- Translate science into recommendation and sales
- Identify need for participation in a regional and global clinical study based on market analysis (to support product launch or life cycle management)
- Implement clinical studies and participate in global studies
- Initiate and track local medical activities based on the global and regional recommendation
- Follow and influence HCP targeting and segmentation
- Ensure roll-out in line with regional strategy
- Lead local key opinion leader management: recruit key opinion leaders (KOLs), digital opinion leaders (DOLs), and build relationships and develop a regional KOL management strategy
- Establish and maintain productive relationship with KOLs & DOLs
- Actively participate in the biggest local Derms’ meetings. Follow up summaries, evaluations, and learnings from KOLs activities
Functional Knowledge: Dermatology & Medical Cosmetics
- Knowledge and understanding of medical cosmetics, active ingredients and mode of action and how it gives value to doctors, pharmacists, and patients
- Continuously maintain in-depth understanding of HCPs, consumers, market, and main competitors
- In-depth knowledge on skin biology & skin pathologies:
- Skin barrier and function of the skin
- Skin Indications and active ingredients
- Safety of dermo-cosmetic products
- Efficacy testing of cosmetics
- Identifies the opportunities to grow the business while maintaining ROI
- Understands and contributes to Eucerin strategy
- Works cross-functionally and understands the roles and responsibilities of marketing, S&C, digital
- Supports recruitment of local KOLs & DOLs to regional projects
- University degree, preferably in any kind of the Medical or Bio-Medical science with strong interest in life science
- Several years of experience in professional marketing or medical sales in a dermocosmetic or pharmaceutical company
- Fluent English, Czech as a mother language (due to medical detailers)
- Strategic & analytical, team-oriented, open, proactive
- International Mindset
- Strong presentation and communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
- Knows, understands, and acts along the negotiating process: key stages and principles of negotiating
- Conveys mission and vision of Eucerin and company’s core values
- Recruits and develops the right employees
- Supports in designing effective local detailing organization (size and structure)
- Creates team targets and mutual goals
