We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support us in the management of global production and model contracts for our brand icon NIVEA. You are highly organized, pay attention to detail and would like to gain an in-depth understanding of how rights-management is run in communications. We seek an individual with a curious and open-minded approach, someone who genuinely values maintaining established processes and thrives on addressing challenges swiftly and efficiently whenever they occur.

• Supporting the Global NIVEA Brand Communication & Operations Team in the creation and management of production and model contracts
• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date data across systems
• Coordination and collaboration with external agencies and suppliers (e.g. model agencies)
• Support in maintaining, monitoring our global Rights Management Tool
• Monitoring and clarification of usage rights for and with the Global HQ NIVEA Team, as well as regions and markets
• Cross-functional internal collaboration with Legal and Comms.

• Enrolled student in a full-time degree program
• Proactive mindset, motivated to learn, with a strong work ethic
• Process driven and solution-orientated
• Interest in administrative tasks
• The ability to work both independently and as a part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
