Your Tasks

You are looking for an intern or working student position in HR? Join us at our Hamburg headquarters and gain hands-on experience in the HR Business Partner world, from strategic initiatives to operational excellence. As an intern or working student in our HR BP Team for R&D and HR, you will become part of a collaborative, international environment where you can contribute your ideas, shape HR processes, and support impactful people topics across one of our most innovationdriven business areas.

Your tasks will be:

  • Work closely with our HR Business Partners and contribute to a broad spectrum of HR activities
  • Operational & conceptual HR support
  • Support HR Business Partners in day to day business, including annual HR processes, implementing individual HR measures, and preparing relevant documents or presentations
  • Participate in the conception and improvement of HR development initiatives
  • Support strategic HR initiatives within our HR and R&D communities
  • Project work and workshop facilitation
  • Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of workshops, HR projects and processes (e.g. talent management, people development, employee engagement)
  • Collaboration with global HR teams
  • Work closely with our Centers of Excellence (People & Culture & Rewards, HR Digital & Analytics)
  • Gain exposure to global HR programs, frameworks and tools
  • Communication and change management support in ongoing HR transformations
  • Help prepare communication materials for leaders and employees

Your Profile

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology), ideally with a focus on HR
  • As you apply as an intern you can also be in your Gap Year
  • First hands‑on experience in HR through internships or student jobs, ideally in an international or matrix environment
  • High level of proactivity and ownership, anticipating needs, taking initiative, and handling sensitive topics with care
  • Ability to prioritize and stay solution‑oriented in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Very good command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, first experience with SharePoint is a plus
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • You are available immediately

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.270 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 20,73€ per hour.
