As a Corporate Strategy trainee, you will explore strategic topics based on your interests. From market and competitive analysis to portfolio strategy, business transformation and long‑term value creation – everything can be part of your journey. You will work within different Strategy teams, taking on your own projects and/or gaining deep insights into day‑to‑day strategic work. As the programme prepares you to navigate and drive future strategic challenges, you will collaborate with global, regional and local teams to build a holistic understanding of our business and its future direction. From day one, you will take ownership to co‑create and help shape the future of our company.

Your Profile

A university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field
Visible leadership potential through responsibility‑taking and collaboration
Genuine enthusiasm for strategy development, business transformation and long‑term value creation
Strong analytical abilities and digital affinity paired with structured, strategic thinking
Flexibility, strong communication skills, teamwork strength and initiative
Motivation to lead strategy‑related projects and contribute to shaping future business directions
Passion for turning insights into recommendations that drive impactful, future‑fit decisions
At least 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships
