POS execution of campaigns : Execute new product development (NPD) launches as well as core and cross-category campaigns at point of sale. Ensure campaigns are translated into clear in-store activation plans that drive visibility, trial and conversion across channels.
POSM strategy by channel: Define and drive the implementation of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) by channel, ensuring the right formats, messages and materials are deployed to maximize impact and support brand and commercial objectives.
In-store performance tracking: Track shelf and POS execution across key customers and channels, using audits, store visits and available data sources to assess quality of execution and identify gaps versus plan.
Execution improvement & follow-up: Work closely with Sales and external partners to close execution gaps, prioritize actions, and continuously improve in-store standards, availability and visibility. Translate learnings into clear recommendations for future activations.
Operational planning & readiness : Own end-to-end execution readiness for POS activations, including timelines, forecasting of POSM needs, coordination of ordering and deployment, and ensuring materials are delivered on time and in full. Maintain clear execution trackers and ensure smooth coordination with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to enable flawless rollout.
Your Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in POS Management or Category Management and FMCG
