We are looking for a Commercial Controller for the cosmetics business in Poland as part of the Eastern Europe Finance team. Main responsibilities for this role include:

Serving as a strategic business partner to the Heads of Commercial teams in Poland
Analyzing and assessing annual promotion and sales plans
Adhering to the annual reporting calendar schedule and various added requirements for local management team, Head Quarter / Regional Reporting
Working closely together with the RGM team on promo optimization and pricing
Ensuring an efficient monthly sales forecasting process, identifying insights and challenging the commercial teams
Joined steering the financial forecast cycles for gross sales up to gross margin
Taking active part in discussions related to Launches and Relaunches (DCC Process)
Representing Finance in various projects (ie. new tools, Opex)

Your Profile

3+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Controlling or other Finance roles in FMCG
Strong system skills (Excel, PowerPoint, ideally Power BI and SAP)
Ability to influence and take ownership
High problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to visualize complex data
Languages: English (must-have - fluent)
