Your Tasks

  • Strategic leadership : design and implement replenishment frameworks that integrate customer insights, market intelligence and business objectives into holistic supply chain plans.
  • Customer collaboration : Serve as a senior liaison with major retailers facilitating joint business planning along with the Replenishment planner. Work closely with Senior Manager, Demand Planning to provide input to monthly S&OP cycle to align forecasts and resolve demand-supply challenges.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of promotional calendars, product launches, and customer compliance requirements. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance to proactively resolve service issues and mitigate financial risk.
  • Performance Management : Establish and monitor KPI” s across all key customer for inventory, service levels. Present executive-level reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Forecasting Excellence : Oversees the development and validation of forecast including predictive forecast modeling, integrate promotional plans and market dynamics.
  • Cross functional integration : Lead and mentor the Replenishment team ensuring alignment on cross functional priorities, data integration etc.
  • Risk Management : Anticipate and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, demand volatility and customer service gaps through proactive scenario planning and contingencies strategies.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment, with a proven background in team leadership.
  • Expertise in replenishment processes, S&OP, Customer collaboration etc.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS, IBP preferred.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to customer locations (approximately 10%).
