Your Tasks Define and implement overall affiliate marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Lead recruitment, onboarding, and management of top-performing affiliates, creators, and publishers Develop and optimize commission structures, incentive programs, and affiliate campaigns to maximize performance Monitor, analyze, and report affiliate program KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Build strong, long-term relationships with top creators and ensure continuous engagement Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and sales teams to align affiliate promotions with key campaigns and launches Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines, compliance, and quality standards Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and platform innovations to maintain a competitive advantage Mentor and guide the Affiliate Specialist/Coordinator team (if applicable)
Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing Proven track record of growing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable ROI Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategy Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and eCommerce platforms Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
