The internship start date can be June 22 or June 29, but no later than July 1.
Team assistance
- Handles daily administrative tasks:
- Vendor & Purchase Order Creation
- SAP & Deduco updates
- follows up on budget in BASE
- Supports the team in different projects (analyses, mails etc.)
- Organizes team events (internal and sales meetings, special events etc.)
- Books hotels, restaurants etc. and coordinates external storage spaces for field team
Sales plan execution:
- Takes part in promotion & sales meetings
- Creates a national promotion plan using CNK codes and by calculating promotion prices
- Creates quarterly pricelist files based on input from Controlling
- Shares all info regarding prices, promotions, new products with customers
- Creates promotional & sales templates (sales book, order sheets, …) and follows up on promotional material
- Prepares weekly sales KPI updates (Promo tracking, visit frequency etc.)
- Manages all topics around Deduco, creates order forms, assortment lists etc. and ensures upload of all material into Deduco
- Follows-up free goods deliveries + stock management
Team support:
- Prepares analyses for Sales Manager, Field Sales Manager, S&CM Manager or Key Accounts on demand (sell-in, sell-out, desk coaching lists etc.)
- Manages & steers sample planning per quarter and prepares sample boxes
- Coordinates input from different functions for sales meeting & ensures timely deliveries
- Supports field team with coordinating deliveries or helps with Deduco problems
