I. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY – MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
1. Marketing Strategy Support & Full Marketing Deployment:
- Strategy support: Support Brand Managers in developing an overall marketing strategy, an annual business plan and competitive growth strategies for assigned product lines.
- Concept development: Contribute ideas and insights to support communication concepts, campaign development, and brand initiatives.
- Full marketing deployment: Lead the development and execution of the full marketing package, including campaign assets, communication materials and activation plans.
- Performance tracking: Monitor campaign performance and support post-campaign evaluation to derive insights and improvement opportunities.
2. Consumer Understanding:
- Insights: Deeply and continuously listen to and understand our consumers and customers and generate valuable insights for concept work. Always differentiate between the fact and the insight.
- Market research: Implement and interpret market research to withdraw business implications.
- Competition watch: Regularly analyze and withdraw business implications.
3. Brand Image & Standard:
- Ensure on-brand communication: set commercial targets, brief an advertising agency, evaluate creative art work, and manage consistent quality.
- Ensure on-brand execution: Establish and control brand standards in the areas of product, packaging, price, promotion, and other communication touchpoints.
4. Communication Plan:
- Media efficiency: Regularly judge and track the media plan, as well as control target achievements post-campaign.
- Think digital: Include digital in the media mix and media strategy as a pillar and generate key learnings for function.
II. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
1.Education:
- University degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration.
2.Working Experiences:
- Min. 3 years of working experience in brand management, trade marketing, or an equivalent field in FMCG.
- Extensive experience and relevant knowledge in personal and skin care.
3.Skills:
- Strong entrepreneurial, passionate, and ownership mindset
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sense of urgency
- Effective planning and project/time management
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, being persuasive and effective
- Be creative and open-minded
- Eager to learn
- High adaptability
- Very fluent in English and Vietnamese in speaking and writing.
