Your Tasks

CATEGORY LEADERSHIP & OWNERSHIP

Full ownership of the assigned categories (incl. innovation pipeline, assortment optimization, pricing strategy and 360° activations) and implementation of the local marketing plan

Work as part of a cross-functional team, engage and collaborate with multiple business functions (S&CM, Digital, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Medical Management) to maximize your categories’ performance

Through intensive sell-in and sell-out performance tracking, market and competition analyses, you identify opportunities and challenges and implement appropriate measures to secure sales and market shares objectives

Responsible for managing the assigned budget for your marketing activities

As product expert you are the first point of contact for all internal and external product-related requests

STRATEGY & PRODUCT GO-TO-MARKET IMPLEMENTATION

Steer the local innovation pipeline for your assigned categories and related processes from end-to-end (incl. business cases for launches and relaunches, marketing plans and go-to-market concepts) and subsequent success control

Responsible for the localization process of artworks, ensure correct translations and compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements

Responsible for providing sell-in presentations for key accounts and the field sales force as well as presenting the planned activities as part of the regular sales meetings

Ensure product availability and forecast accuracy in cooperation with Supply Chain

Support the Sr Brand Manager in the annual planning processes

COMMUNICATION & BRAND DEVELOPMENT

Ensure excellence-in-execution and consistent brand communication across all touchpoints and act in alignment with the international brand guidelines

Create agency briefings and lead the development of local communication assets in collaboration with external media, creative and translation agencies

Implement the media plan for all paid media campaigns as defined in alignment with the Senior Marketing Manager and track campaign performance

Collaborate with the Jr. Digital Manager on the actions to be put in place within the marketing plan for digital & influencer activities

Collaborate with S&CM to accompany in-store execution, support the development of materials for 360° activations, aligning POS with ATL & BTL communication

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (marketing, business administration)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of brand/product management experience, ideally in an international context or in the FMCG or pharmaceutical field
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Result-driven mindset with a solid “can-do” mentality
  • Accurate, well organized and strong attention to details
  • Positive and creative mindset, you think outside of the box
  • Strong capacity to create excitement and leadership to drive your categories
  • Agile mindset, you can adapt easily to moving marketing environment and business needs
  • Team player, proactive, take initiative and capable to work independently
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus

As Brand Manager for Eucerin, you are responsible for the execution of the brand’s local marketing strategy and plans for the local market. You will ensure the market shares, net sales and profitability objectives are met for your designated categories and report to the Sr Brand Manager Derma for Switzerland. You are part of an international network and foster expert connections with the Global Brand Management Team and Medical Managers for product-specific information and projects.
