LEADERSHIP

Team management and coaching (3-4 people), incl. Brand Manager, Jr. Digital Manager, Coordinator and intern

Definition & implementation of local marketing strategies (brand management, digital marketing & communications) based on European guidelines

As a key member of the Eucerin Leadership team, set the course for the long-term success of the marketing department and the entire Swiss organization

CATEGORY EXPERTISE

Full ownership of the entire consumer journey as the ultimate expert on our brand with a clear understanding of how to effectively manage all touchpoints

Manage certain Eucerin brand groups with support from the Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for the marketing budget of assigned activities

Work as part of a cross-functional team, engage and collaborate with multiple business functions (S&CM, Digital, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Medical Management) to maximize your categories’ performance and develop appropriate material

Continuous performance tracking & business steering

STRATEGY & PRODUCT GO-TO-MARKET IMPLEMENTATION

Responsible of the Marketing Annual Planning process

Steer the local innovation pipeline and related processes from end-to-end (incl. business cases for launches and relaunches, marketing plans and go-to-market concepts) and subsequent success control

Responsible for providing sell-in presentations for key accounts and the field sales force as well as presenting the planned activities as part of the regular sales meetings

Ensure product availability and forecast accuracy in cooperation with Supply Chain

COMMUNICATION & BRAND DEVELOPMENT

Ensure excellence-in-execution and consistent brand communication across all touchpoints and act in alignment with the international brand guidelines

Co-Develop & Implement the yearly media plan for all paid media campaigns and track campaign performance

Own & steer the digital & Influencer strategy

Collaborate with S&CM to accompany in-store execution, support the development of materials for 360° activations, aligning POS with ATL & BTL communication

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (marketing, business administration)
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of brand/product management experience, ideally in an international context or in the FMCG or pharmaceutical field
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Result-driven mindset with a solid “can-do” mentality
  • Accurate, well organized and strong attention to details
  • Positive and creative mindset, you think outside of the box
  • Strong capacity to create excitement and leadership to drive your team
  • Agile mindset, you can adapt easily to moving marketing environment and business needs
  • Team player, proactive, take initiative and capable of working independently
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fluent in German and English, French is a plus

As Senior Brand Manager for Eucerin, you are responsible for developing & leading the execution of the brand’s local marketing strategy. You will ensure the market shares, net sales and profitability objectives are met and report to the Business Unit Manager Derma for Switzerland. You are part of the Eucerin Switzerland Leadership Team as well as of the Eucerin European marketing community. You foster expert connections with the Global Brand Management Team and Medical Managers for product-specific information and projects.
