Your Tasks
- Responsibility for current accounts (accounts payable and accounts receivable) and support monthly closings for designated European Beiersdorf companies
- Self-reliant analysis and documentation of vendor/customer accounts
- Contact for financial and tax auditors and external service providers regarding all topics in current accounts
- Bank accounting (e.g. payments runs, bank statements, cash allocation)
- Active support of ongoing improvement of processes and systems in current accounting
- Support international projects
Your Profile
- Education in Finance and Accounting appreciated
- At least 2-3 year of experience in finance and accounting, especially Accounts Receivable and / or Accounts Payable
- First experience with international accounting standards like IFRS
- Safe handling of SAP R/3 (FI/CO) and MS Office applications
- Structured, analytical working method
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong interest in ongoing improvement of accounting processes and new accounting topics
- Good communication skills, team spirit and initiative, international mindset
- High level of flexibility
